The love of a king

In April 1987, three hundred people came to a small room in Geneva, Switzerland. There were Presidents and Kings, film stars and millionaires. (p.1)

This book is the love story of Prince windsor and Mrs. Simpson. He is the uncle of Queen Elizabeth, and is attracted to Mrs. Simpson's nurtures ability and quick action.
However, at that time, she was already the wife of another man. The Windsor and Duke of simpson's jewelry are quite famous, so I would like to reserch if I have time.
