Next door to love

My friend Janet looked out of my living room window. "Who is that?" she asked. I went to look. "He lives here," I said. (p.4)

I read "Next door to love" today. It's a love story about a woman, named Stella. She feels alone because she break up with her boyfriend and she wants a new boyfriend. One day, a man, named Tony, comes in her next door,so he is a her new neighbour. He is a good looking and he has black hair so she fall in love with him. However, she knew that he has a doughter and a wife and Stella feels sad. Then, she kept appealing to him because she didn't give up him. After all they become a couple but they suffer from a issue about his doughter. He loves her and she loves him, too. His old wife take her in Scottland so Tony and Stella went and live in there, Then they can meet a doughter in every weekends.
I think this story is good because she met a good boyfriend. She was hurt her feelings by an old boyfriend. They are in the difficult situation but I think they did correct judgement for his doughter. I the end of this story, all of them were happy so it was very good.

Matilda

Matilda is a very clever and unusual little girl. Her teacher, Miss Honey, knows this, but her terrible parents are too busy with their unimportant business to realize it. (p.5)

I read Matilda. It is story about the girl who is a clever little girl. Her terrible parents don't like her, and her head teacher, Miss Trunchbull, is very frightening so she isn't very happy. Matilda's homeroom teacher is amazed at Matilda's genuius and has a strong interest. However, when her friend mischifs the principal, Matilda is treated as a criminal. Matilda, who was angry at that, talks to her homeroom teacher and confesses her past. After all, the evil principal of Matilda is gone. Later, Matilda returned to a nomal girl who had no psychic ability. Then Matilda lived happily at the home of her homeroom teacher.

The author is Roald Dahl, a british noverist and screenwriter. He was born in England in 1916. His Genre is short story, adventure novel, fantasy novel, children's literature. Miyazaki Hayao is a fan of him and inserted an episode of his work in his movies. The representative works are Charie and Chocolate Factory in 2005.
