Where's the bacon?

Oh, hello. I'm Charlie. This is my ranch. I'm the boss around here.Everything will be okay as long as Rowdy doesn't get too rowdy.(p5,6)

I read " Charlie the ranch dog " today. It's about the dog which is the boss around his ranch. One day the dog named Rowdy came to his ranch. He smelled like bacon so charlie thought he must like bacon, too. At the breakfast time, when charlie went to the kitchen, his bacon was gone and his water bowl was empty, too. It was did by Rowdy! Then when Charlie looked outside of the window, his mama was playing with Rowdy so Charlie was sad and felt jealousy to Rowdy. However Charlie tried to give the new dog on the farm a chance so long as he stays away from Charlie's favorite things!
